Fishermen’s Sunrise – Weekly Inspiring Image

Lake Victoria, Tanzania

A fisherman draws in his net during sunrise on Lake Victoria, Tanzania, the largest tropical lake in the world. Fishermen must see magnificent sunrises like this every day. Maybe that is why Jesus liked to fish, or maybe he just liked the fishermen. Many Tanzanians are excited by the idea that God can speak their language. And this idea must make them wonder: if God can speak my language, maybe he can hear it too. Food for prayer. Wycliffe’s partners are actively working in at least 26 of the 126 languages communities in Tanzania and are limited only by the number of people involved. Watch this short video about a young Canadian working in Tanzania. Pray for Tanzania.
