Reviewing literacy materials by the light of a solar-powered lamp, these three literacy specialists working in southern Chad aren’t put out by the lack of a consistent electricity supply. For many of the Massalit speaking people living in refugee camps the prospect of being able to read their own language is generating great enthusiasm.
